All reservations when completed will have a confirmation number which you can check  here, you can check your Reservation Status at any time submitiing the e-mail address you used to reserve, it will also be e-mailed to you.  Some of them, depending on busy dates or late arrival times will require a credit card to be guaranteed. When you provide your credit card, it will not be processed until one week  before your arrival date. At this time an amount of credit for the first night will be retained by e-link to guarantee your reservation (this is not a charge yet).  After this point you can not cancel. Changes in reservations will be honored depending on availability and should be requested at least two days before arrival date. You will always have the  posibility to pay  in Cash, U.S.Dollars, Euros, or Travelers checks when you arrive to the hotel.  Once credit deposits are charged they become non-refundable.

Submission of your credit card information implies that you are agreeing to our reservation and cancellation policies and the charge of a non-refundable payment of the first night when aplicable.

Reservations that are not guaranteed with a credit card will be held until 17 hrs. Delayed travelers unable to arrive before 5 p.m. must contact the hotel and provide credit card info in order to mantain the reservation. Failure to do so, by any reason, will cancel the reservation automatically after 5 p.m.

You can check in any time after 11:00 a.m., check  out is at noon (12:00 I.M). Longer stay at the hotel is possible if you clear your room by 12 I.M.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a reservation of one room one week before arrival date, and there will be no charges on your credit card. For groups of 2 or more rooms, two weeks notice before arrival date is required for cancellation to avoid the charges of the first night. In all cases, if you do not show, or you want to cancel in non permitted periods of time, the first night will be charged in full and the rest days of your reservation (if any) will be canceled. You must make shure in your Reservation Status that any changes or cancelation had been applyed.  


We will send a confirmation by email. If you do not receive our email because it could be considered as spam, please check the Reservation Status make shure is confirmed and print it for your a records.
